Greenwich Addiction Service

Services include:

• Holistic Social Work and Care Management Service to clients with a dependency to alcohol and/or drugs.
  This includes access to in-patient detoxification and residential rehabilitation or structured day care.
• Group work and brief interventions and extended brief interventions, to harmful and hazardous users of alcohol.
• Provide an open-ended counselling service to clients with complex needs.
• Supporting People to ensure that issues such as housing, tenancy sustainment, benefits, social isolation and employment are addressed to reduce the risk of future  relapse.
