Greenwich Addiction Service
The Greenwich Addiction Service provides four functions for clients with drug and/or alcohol dependancy problems.
Services include:
Holistic Social Work and Care Management Service to clients with a dependency to alcohol and/or drugs.
This includes access to in-patient detoxification and residential rehabilitation or structured day care.
Group work and brief interventions and extended brief interventions, to harmful and hazardous users of alcohol.
Provide an open-ended counselling service to clients with complex needs.
Supporting People to ensure that issues such as housing, tenancy sustainment, benefits, social isolation and employment are addressed to reduce the risk of future relapse.
