By donating blood, you could help save someone’s life.
The National Blood Service holds regular collection sessions and is looking for new volunteers to come forward and give blood.
Just show up at any of their blood donor sessions, sit back for ten minutes and share a pint with them (of blood, that is!). That's all it takes.
