FAQ
What can I do if I am unhappy with any of the services I receive?
In the first instance try talking to someone you know in social services (perhaps a care manager). They may be able to help you sort the problem out quickly or investigate your complaint and resolve it informally.
If this doesn't resolve the problem or if you would like to talk to someone independent,
our complaints section
provides details on what action you should take next, together with the people you need to contact.
You can also contact our Adults and Older People's Directorate using the contact information in the menu to the right.
