Register for CAF training

 
Are you a practitioner of children's services in Greenwich, and would you like register for training?

How to register

To register your interest in a training session, email caf@greenwich.gov.uk with your details and the training date you are interested in.

We will require the following details:

  • your name and contact number

  • your organisation and the address

  • your school cluster.

Practitioner training

The next available sessions are at Woolwich Town Hall from 9.30am to 4pm on these dates:

  • Thursday, 16 October  2008
  • Wednesday, 19 November 2008
  • Tuesday, 3 February 2009
  • Monday, 9 March 2009
  • Friday, 24 April 2009
  • Thursday, 7 May 2009.
The training will aim to show practitioners how to complete a CAF and to act as a lead professional (LP). Priority will be given to practitioners who are more likely to take up the role of the LP.

Those who undertake the training will need to commit to completing at least one CAF assessment within six months.

Youth support services workshops

If you have already completed the CAF training, there is a two-workshop course on Integrated Youth Support Services (IYSS) and Targeted Youth Support Services (TYSS) available.

Agency specific briefing and training

The CAF team may also be able to offer your agency or service a briefing or training session specific to your needs.
