Our opening hours are

9am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday
9am to 4.30pm Fridays.

Respite for carers

If you care for a sick or disabled child or young person, you may be eligible for respite care help. Respite care is short-term substitute care provided by someone other than the parents or usual carers for the child. Visit our respite care page for more information on eligibility and assessments.

Direct payments

Direct payments are payments made by local authorities to people who require community care services. Direct payments mean that people can arrange and purchase their own services, rather than have social service teams organise services on their behalf. You can find out more about direct payments eligibility here.
