If you are moving out of the borough or to a different property within the borough, you need to let us know as soon as possible.

If you have just moved in, you may find our useful links for new borough residents helpful.

Whether a whole household is moving or just an individual, there will be practical things to sort out and people you need to contact.

Contacting Council departments

To report your change of address, visit The Eltham Centre or The Riverside Centre, or telephone 020 8921 4661. We will take the details of your move and pass them on to the relevant departments.
