The Youth Opportunites Fund will not cover the costs of:

management and staffing costs to the organisation
administration and overhead costs to the organisation
trips or visits outside the UK
hazardous activities that are not approved by Greenwich Council on their list of approved hazardous activities, e.g. paintballing, bungee jumping, quad biking etc.
projects or organisations where there is already a statutory duty to provide the activity/service being requested, e.g. supplementary learning for key stage studies.
projects where the majority of beneficiaries live outside Greenwich
training for staff and other adults
projects which promote a particular religion or political view
equipment - other than that which is essential for the activity to be undertaken.
