What is Connexions?

Teenagers
Connexions is a service for all young people. Aimed at 13-19 year olds, it offers information, advice, guidance and practical help in preparing for adult life and working. Connexions also provides support for people who have learning difficulties or a disability up to the age of 25.

What can I get support with?

Our main aim is to engage young people in:

  • education
  • employment
  • training.
We can also support you in other areas of your life, including:

  • health
  • leisure activities
  • housing
  • relationships
  • money.

Personal advice and support

We can put you in touch with a Personal Adviser who will help you find the services you need.

If you are looking for work or want to develop your career, you may be eligible to take part in an:

  • Activity Agreement
  • Learning Agreement.
These are programmes that can help you learn skills or gain the qualifications you need to take the next step forward.

Use the links on the left to find out more.
