Changing your lifestyle can be difficult, joining a group can help you stay motivated and give you a chance to exchange stories and tips with other people.

Keeping fit
If you're looking for fitness classes, the Healthy Greenwich Network's Active for Health project aims to increase access to physical exercise for key target groups including people from ethnic minorities, refugees, older people and disadvantaged communities.
