The Council recognises the vital importance of diet on people's health and of the need to work in partnership with other organisations to address this issue. We therefore agreed a joint Food Policy for Greenwich with the
Primary Care Trust
in November 2003 and are now actively pursuing a strategy to implement the Policy.
