Sessions include:
Led group walking
Tai Chi
Chair-based exercise
Swimming
Weight management
Exercise to music
The sessions take place in accessible and culturally appropriate environments such as community centres, places of worship, sheltered housing, day centres and local parks.
Free training is available for people who want to run activities within their own communities.
