How does it work?

The Youth Inclusion and Support Panel consider reports prepared by their key workers relating to potential concerns about the behaviour of the child.

The panel decides what support services the young person and their family might need and which organisations might provide them.

Key worker

A key worker from the team will be allocated to the young person and their family for 3 to 6 months to ensure that they get the services agreed by the panel.

The key worker will work with the child and their family to reduce the risk of the young person becoming involved in anti-social behaviour or offending in the future.
