To make a request to view CCTV footage you appear in, download the form below.

Make sure you include:

£10 fee: Please enclose a cheque, made payable to “Greenwich Council”.

Proof of identity: We need evidence that this enquiry is genuine. Please enclose copies of at least two proofs of identity, such as a driving licence, passport, recent utility bill etc.
