Voluntary, community and faith groups

 
There are a number of resources available to help the voluntary, community and faith sector obtain grants for their projects.

You can find out how to apply for Council funding using the links on the left. There are also lots of useful contacts in our resource directory and funding toolkit.

Small grants programmes

Greenwich's Small Grants Programmes will launch in April 2008. Funding will be available for:

  • development of new organisations of BME and new communities
  • increasing existing activities of Community of Interest organisations
  • supplementary school
  • performing arts of BME and new communities.
You will need a copy of Adobe Reader to download these documents. See the useful links on the right to download a free copy of the reader.

Other resources

Search for a nationwide grant scheme using GRANTnet, a free-to-use site that allows small businesses and community groups to search a database of grants, loans and other initiatives available in the UK.

There is a directory of services for the voluntary and community sector at Greenwich Sign. These resources are available to people living in the London Borough of Greenwich.
