You can download the small grants application pack below. To be considered for a grant, you have to fill in an application form and send it back to us by Friday 5 December 2008.  We aim to issue the results of the assessment process by the end of February 2009.
 
Before you start filling in the form there are a couple of things you should note:

  1. Read the guidance notes against each of the questions before completing each question. Your application could be rejected if you fail to answer the questions correctly, or if it contains basic errors, missing information, or asks for a grant for something that is not covered by the small grant programme.

  2. Make sure you add all the extra documents we ask for (Part F of the application form where there is a checklist of documents required). If we receive an application form without them, we will not consider your application.

Application form and guidance notes 

If you download the Word version you can type directly into the application form, but you must save the form to your own computer first and you must have Microsoft Word installed.
