Register office services

 
The Greenwich register office provides the following services:

  • Register all births, deaths, still-births, marriages and civil partnerships within the Greenwich district.

  • Conduct civil marriage and civil partnership ceremonies at the registry office, approved premises or certain non-conformist churches. 

  • Issue certified copies of any birth, death, marriage or civil partnership certificates that are in the custody of the registrar.

Funeral services

This section also give you information about what you need to do when someone dies, and how to arrange a funeral or cremation.
