Challenging Your Condition - for men with a long term health condition
Do you live with a long term health condition such as heart/lung disease, back pain, diabetes, migraine, arthritis, IBS, osteoporosis, ME, MS, crohn’s, stroke, depression, parkinson’s etc.
Join a FREE six week (2½ hrs per week) Challenging Your Condition self-management
course and learn new ways to deal with your condition.
Topics include: pain/symptom management, relaxation, exercise, healthy eating, fatigue,
dealing with negative feelings and relationships with health professionals

Parents of children with long term health conditions or disabilities
This Greenwich NHS Teaching Primary Care Trust course is free. Courses will run for seven weeks with a two and a half hour session each week. Lunch will be provided on the course. A creche will be provided or childcare costs will be paid.

Adult Courses - Pilates (Beginners)
Pilates is a mind-body workout suitable for all ages and abilities. It improves core stability, awareness, flexibility and strength through breathing techniques. The classes are taught in longer courses combining a warm-up with stretching and spinal articulation with postural exercises to get the body moving freely, easily and safely. £6 (Greenwich Card £5.50 concessions £4.40. £99 (Greenwich Card £92.60 concessions £80.40) for 12 weeks.

Advanced Yoga with Ali Glenny 
Astanga Vinyasa is a vigorous, flowing yoga practice that consists of a series of linked postures. This is a physically demanding class in which you will move dynamically and sweat. The class is geared towards professional dancers and those with experience in Astanga. £3.50 Professional Dance/Artists £7 Yoga + Professional Class.

This is a mixed ability class. It draws on the principles of the Scaravelli technique, which focuses on proper alignment of the spine, using the principles of gravity and breath to work gently with the body and minds to achieve wonderful results. £6 (Greenwich Card £5.50 concessions £4.40.)

5 Animals Kungfu
A class based on family interaction and wellbeing. Children learn the basics of Hung Kuen kungfu and self defence whilst safely excersising. A great way to develop a healthy attidude, all teaching is doen on the basis of positive encouragement. Parents are encouraged to join in! For ages 3 to 6 and first class free with no joining or membership fees.
