YAP (Youth Awareness Programme) have started up two new courses for 16 to 24 year olds for local residents.

YAP (Youth Awareness Programme)
The Audio X Music Course is a LOCN accredited course using Reason music software and you will learn how to make and edit beats and use synthesisers and samplers to create your own music which can be burnt on to CD.

Meridian Speakers Club  
Meridian Speakers is a local club in Greenwich where you can develop public speaking confidence in a supportive learning environment. Guests are always welcome and meetings are held twice a month to develop our communication and presentation skills. It’s a great way to overcome fear of public speaking and to develop confidence.

Chess
Children aged 6 years onwards can join the Greenwich Chess Group. Suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced players. Cost £3 per 2 hour session – no membership fee.

Panjabi Language Lessons  
Language classes are being held for people who want to learn Gurmukhi or Panjabi. The lessons are open to all ages and abilities and cover reading and writing of the Gurmukhi script. Free
