Submitting a plan

The plan must show …

1. The whole building, including non licensed areas.
2. Any external or internal walls which comprise the premises, or in which the premises are comprised.
3. All exits from the premises.
4. If different from the above, the location of the escape routes from the premises.
5. The areas where licensable activities take place.
6. If you are supplying alcohol, the areas that are used for the it’s consumption.
7. Fixed structures (including furniture) or similar objects temporarily in a fixed location (but not furniture) that may impact on the ability of customers to use exits or escape routes without impediment.
8. The location and height (relative to the floor) of each stage or raised area.
9. The location and type of any fire safety and other safety equipment including, if applicable, marine safety equipment
10. The location of any kitchen(s) on the premises.
