Want to know what's going on with a particular licence application?

You can track the progress of any application by looking for the premise's name (pub, restaurant or whatever) in the applications status document. This is updated every week.

An updated list of applications is also available, where you can view the latest licensing applications made.

Who makes decisions on applications?

If there are no valid objections, the licensing department will grant the licence.

If there are objections, the application goes to a hearing and the Licensing Sub-Committee decides. See the Licensing Sub-Committee decision notices for details on the outcome.
