Advertising your application
You need to:
1. Display a notice at the premises
You must advertise your application with this notice for 28 days.
The notice must be displayed in a position where people passing in the street can easily read it.

Council officers will check that you have displayed the notice. Your application will not be accepted unless this is done.
2. Publish a notice of your application in the local press
You must do this within five days of making the application.

3. Send us a copy of the newspaper containing the advertisement
You must do this as soon as it is published. See
