Moving in

If you move into new premises, you can download, print, complete and send us the Registration Form (pdf 45kb). See our contact details to the right for the postal address.

Moving out

if you are moving out, you can download, print, complete and send us the Vacation Form (pdf 45kb). See our contact details to the right for the postal address.

Alternatively, contact the business rates section with the following information:

  • the date you occupied/vacated the premises;
  • whether you still hold the lease and to what date; 
  • the date the premises were sold or the lease expired
  • the details of the new owner or leaseholder;
  • your forwarding address for correspondence (outgoing ratepayer).
