Seafarers' benefits advice line
A specialist advice service is available for merchant seafarers, fishermen and their immediate families.
We offer advice and information on:
Welfare Benefits
Tax Credits
housing
employment
pensions
debt (including Council Tax)
consumer rights
relationships and family
immigration
charity grants.
Where to get help
You can call the Advice Line on 0845 741 3318.
Lines are open Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 4.00pm. Outside of these hours or if we are already advising someone else, you will hear a recorded message inviting you to leave your contact details. All messages are returned.
