At the moment you do not need to do anything.
If you are already getting Housing Benefit this will not affect you, unless you are a private tenant and you move home, or have to make a new claim on or after 7 April 2008.
If you wish to claim Housing Benefit we advise you to claim straight away - do not wait for the Local Housing Allowance to be introduced.
