Opening hours

  • Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm
  • Friday, 9am to 4.30pm
Our reception staff can help with general enquiries and application forms. We can also photocopy and verify documents you need to submit with your claim. Drop in any time during the opening hours. Please note that we are less busy after 3pm.

Pre-booked appointments

You can make an appointment to see us between 9am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. To arrange an appointment, call 020 8921 2027.

Our facilities

We are able to offer you the following facilities:

  • full disabled access, including ramp and lift
  • private interview rooms
  • loop system for deaf and hard of hearing people
  • a videophone service for deaf and hard of hearing people 
  • basic sign language
  • an interpreting service.
If you wish to use any of these services, please ask at reception.

The reception is open for customers to submit application forms and evidence at these times:

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 10pm
  • Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm.
Benefits specialists are available to answer more detailed enquiries at these times:

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 12noon and 2pm  to 5pm
  • Friday 2pm to 4.30pm.

PDSA – Confirmation of your benefits

If you require confirmation of your entitlement to Housing Benefit or Council Tax benefit please contact us, either by telephone or in person. We will be happy to provide you with confirmation of your entitlement or complete the form that the Peoples Dispensary for Sick Animals (PDSA) issue.
