The Greenwich unit for the 2012 Olympc and Paralympic Games aims to ensure that the organisations involved in the Games (both within and outside Greenwich) work together smoothly.
This unit will:
- co-ordinate activities within the Council and across the borough
- provide a main point of contact for the Olympic and Paralympic organisations and the local community
- develop plans to maximise the legacy from the 2012 Games.
